Breast Thermography Revolution

This book was very interesting!

Thermography is barely mentioned in the health world. It is a way to quickly and safely monitor breast health. It IS often recommended instead of mammograms, but, I’ve never read or heard anyone outline how thermography is supposed to be done, or discuss the problems with the way most clinics do it. This book clarifies all of that.

This book is controversial because Dr. Sellens (@estrogenfree , @breastthermography) shows thermographic proof that estrogens from pharmaceuticals, foods, and several supplements negatively affect breast health.

A lot of women have been duped into believing that they are estrogen deficient and need estrogen therapy. And many foods and supplements are touted as being good for women’s health, whereas Sellens’ research proves otherwise. I didn’t know most of this and I know that very few people in the health business understand this.

Rarely do I read a book and change our protocols, but I can’t ignore this information and will do my best to alert others in the field. I will be recommending this book widely to practitioners and customers. It is easy enough for anyone to understand and detailed enough (I hope) to convince practitioners.

The book is a bit repetitive. But, I think that was necessary - it’s hard to NOT understand her message because of the repetition.

I did a 4+ hour recording recently with Sellens that outlines the gist of the message, but I still recommend the book on top of that. The recording is called Breast Thermography Revolution on my YouTube channel TheRealNotus, and my podcast Notus & Friends.
