Customers For Life - Carl Sewell


This book was great.


Sewell runs car dealerships, and this book is a collection of his wisdom about retail selling and customer service.


I do internet sales, but in general internet marketing books don’t help my business. What helps my business is applying time-tested customer service philosophies.


I’m not in the car business, but this book made a lot of sense to me, was easy to read, and gave me a handful of good ideas. It was definitely worth my dollar.


This book is over 30 years old, but he’s still alive and now his dealerships are basically an empire in Texas and other states too (you’ll see Sewell cars in every corner of Texas). Clearly the man knows what he’s talking about when it comes to creating “customers for life.”


I definitely recommend this book for people in business or sales.
