I’ve read this book a bunch of times. It’s big and full of both information, and unique insight.

Our world is full of misconceptions about money, credit, banking, taxes, and where all of it came from.

Our “system”, exists on theses foundational myths. “Change”, most definitely requires understanding first, and no one is as on point about this as David Graeber. He’s my favorite author, and thinker of our time. Even the notes section is interesting and entertaining.

Our relationship to debt is probably the most important, and least understood aspect of modern life. Every adult should read this book.
