This is a short but very important book. Ron Paul is one of the only people in American politics to speak out against the federal reserve banking system. 

The average person doesn't know how the fed operates or why any of this is important. Paul does a great job of explaining both the function and the importance of the fed, and the possible benefits we would enjoy by ending it.

Paul is one of the most qualified people to give this explanation, because he is familiar with both the economics AND the politics involved. 

On top of this valuable understanding, this small book provides something I think is even more valuable - hope! It is easy to believe that literally everything is corrupt and that nothing will change, but Paul shows us that there is at least one person who still cares about freedom and prosperity for all, rather than a ruling elite who are able to control practically everything using political and financial institutions like the US Federal Reserve.
