This book is based on the popular documentary of the same title.
This documentary actually convinced me to eat vegetarian many years ago. I came to this conclusion not about the meat itself, but because this film/book convinced me that removing meat from my diet would ultimately reduce the processed CORN in my diet.
This was not the best decision in the world, and I reversed it after a few years. But this book and film are excellent for illuminating many aspects of the food industry we might not have known about.
