Before reading this book, I always felt that in negotiations I was more eager to please the other person than to get a great deal for myself.

This book has given me many good suggestions for taking the focus off of the positions of each party and the people involved, and instead creating ways of negotiating a deal that is objective, principled, and fair.

This book is one of the best dollars I ever spent.
