This was very disappointing.

This is a very small book, and there was hardly any information about hydrogen water.

Most of the book was an overview of how the body works, and even that was too brief for me..The small part that was about H water (barely a booklet), hardly explained anything. “It helps this and this and this…end of the 2-page chapter”. Most of the H water points weren’t even referenced. I can just Google H water and get TONS more information, actually explained, with citations.

There were a ton of spelling mistakes and weird punctuation choices. The laziness of this presentation was insulting. The pictures were blurry, and they once used “LOL”, for no reason (there are very few good reasons to use LOL in a book, but this was totally random, there wasn’t even a joke).

Parts of the book felt like it was written for a child, and other parts for a medical student. Seems like the two authors were on totally different pages.

I was really hoping for something I could recommend about hydrogen water. I recently started selling what I believe is the best H water machine on the market (you can DM me about it), but so few people understand H water that we need good books about it.

This was a complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
