In Bad Taste: The MSG Syndrome

This book was alright.

MSG has been linked to a huge list of health problems, and this book summarizes the research.

A lot of research has been done since this book came out (1988), so it may be outdated. But new research just confirms the old findings, so the book is still relevant.

MSG is added to a surprising variety of food. It is definitely worth a whole book to understand this better so we can be better at avoiding it.

I do wish there was a bit more detail about the research - this book is not very long (also not too short), so there was room for more detail.

Overall I am mostly satisfied with the book. Maybe it could have been a bit longer but I think it accomplished what it set out to do and is worth reading.
