This is currently my favorite book about the thyroid.

I have read a pile of thyroid books and all of them have left me wanting a better explanation and better protocol.

Brownstein provides an excellent explanation of why standard medical treatments for thyroid problems have such poor success rates, and I agree with almost all of his recommendations.

I can’t say much more without spoiling it. This book was very easy to understand and yet provides enough details to really get it.

I recommend this book.
