Many people refer to environmental sensitivities like “hay fever” with the word “allergy”, but a sensitivity to pollen or cat hair or the occurrence of “seasonal allergies”, are not actual allergies.

Real allergies cause a serious reaction, are life-threatening, and require an injection of epinephrine.

Real allergies are a bit of a mystery to both mainstream and alternative medicine, but this book makes a detailed and interesting case that many of our current allergies are caused by ingredients in vaccines.

I highly recommend this book, even though I do not think it explains all allergies, it does, to me, explain many of them.
