Power - Michael Korda

Back in the 1970s self help books were able to make extremely specific claims about human behavior.

I don’t think much of these claims are correct in any meaningful way, but this era of opinion books are very entertaining nonetheless.

It is better overall that we stay away from such specifics in modern writing, but consequently newer books on the subject are very boring.

Maybe some of the thoughts in this book would be useful, but I would really only recommend the old self help books for entertainment purposes.
