This book blew me away.

I expected a standard expose of the evils of psychiatric drugs and misdiagnoses. Instead, the book does swiftly denounce the foundation of mental illness treatment, but spends most of the book on a very practical replacement system.

I didn’t expect a near complete and very sensible approach to handling unhappiness and so-called mental diseases. Glasser’s theory on its own is better than most mental health books I’ve ever read.

I’ve already recommended this book to a few of my friends, unsolicited, and I imagine I will be recommending it for a long time to come.

If you or someone you know us struggling with mental health, this is definitely a must read.

Glasser has several other books covering his theory and system, and I am excited to read them too.
