Selling In Tough Times - Tom Hopkins
I don't believe that times are that tough right now, even though many people act like it.
In any case, every industry will have its challenging times and we must be prepared for them.
Tom Hopkins is a master sales trainer, and I have found an enormous amount of value in everything I've ever read or heard from him.
I believe that even non-sales people could benefit tremendously by practicing some of the skills it would take to be a successful sales person.
Definitely recommend Hopkins in general and this book in particular!
