I have read a lot of books on the blue zones, and this is the first one in a long time to add anything new for me.

There are a whole lot of factors to the longevity of the longest lived populations, and now we might have another important factor: dissolved silica in the water.

The book only covered the 6 conventional blue zones, and I would be interested to know if it also applies to other long lived locations and isolated communities.

I appreciated the detail of the book, and it was not too much to make it boring. But I cannot say that you must read it. I am going to try his silica water recommendation and you can search his name on YouTube and find his recipe and dose.
