The Depression Cure - Stephen Ilardi

This book was alright.

Honestly I don’t really see much “wrong” with the book, but it didn’t stand out to me. I finished this about a week ago and I can already not remember anything significant in it.

There are 6 main contributors to depression discussed in the book. While those 6 are important, there is a lot more to depression. Following the advice in this book probably WILL help the average depressed person, but I do not see it as an adequate program, nor was it an adequate overview of the subject.

I don’t have much to say about this book. It was thoroughly mid.

A much better book is Depression is Contagious by Michael D Yapko.
