The End of Food - Thomas Pawlick

This book was pretty good!

It describes many of the ways that modern food industry has ruined the nutritional value, taste, texture, and variety of our foods.

Easily understandable by any lay reader, yet thorough enough for serious study, I think this book was perfectly presented, and not too long or short.

In addition, the author was relatable and added a moderate amount of humor (not too much!).

This book was enjoyable to read. I do think a bit more could have been added, but it covered all of the major points on this subject and I do recommend it.
