The Holographic Universe - Michael Talbot

This book went WAY deeper than I thought it would, and really blew me away.

For many years I’ve thought and said that this world is some kind of video game. Most people that I know just think that’s crazy and don’t want to talk about it. This book does a much better job at presenting a similar theory.

I thought this book was going to focus on physics, which it did cover very nicely, but it also went way deep on other, more human phenomena like telepathy, near death and out of body experiences, and MUCH more.

I’ve read whole books on some of the subjects covered, and Talbot summarized the data as good as them or better, and added a lot more.

The writing is clear enough for a total beginner to understand it (I think), but also offers a thorough and satisfying compendium for those of us already familiar with these subjects.

I really don’t even want to say much, because I don’t want to spoil it and I think everyone should read this book. The evidence that this world is NOT what current science tells us is overwhelming, and we should all know about it.

Also, this book actually made me feel a lot better about this world. The last two years have been horribly negative, to put it lightly. Many people ask me about depression and the feeling that we can’t overcome the negative forces working against us. This book reminded me that there is much more to this world than the surface, including the problems we currently face on the surface.

I consider this mandatory reading.
