The Magnesium Factor

This book was pretty good.

Studies don’t usually use multiple nutrients, so we get a lot of information about individual nutrients, especially magnesium.

I think it’s important to know the power of individual nutrients, but a lot of context is missing, because there are so many other essential nutrients and other factors affecting health.

Nonetheless, I learned a lot in this book. Magnesium is a very popular supplement, but it could definitely be understood better, and this book helped me.

These authors also understand critical relationships between magnesium and other nutrients - many books focusing on individual nutrients miss crucial points about the cofactors.

This book was not small and had more than enough information for me to feel I got my moneys worth. I do recommend this book.
