The Ultimate Male Solution - Brad King
This book was not good.
It was very annoying to read. The author tried to insert a joke into almost every sentence, which was very distracting, and not one of them was even funny.
I do like some personality in a book, especially on a dry subject like health, but this was way too much, completely overbearing.
Aside from the jokes and the chit chat, there was hardly any actual information in the book. It really felt like a pamphlet of information stretched as far as it could go with a lot of repetition and banter.
There is so much more that could be said about testosterone than is in this book. The focus on losing weight was also overdone, because any man can have a testosterone problem, regardless of weight. Weight IS a factor, but this book treated it as THE factor.
I have nothing good to say about this book.
