The Vitamin E Factor - Andreas Papas

This book was pretty good!

Unlike most health books, it was very understandable without much background knowledge necessary. But it also has sufficient details for serious researchers.

Vitamin E is one of the best researched nutrients, with a very long list of benefits, and yet it is still one of the most underrated nutrients out there. And vitamin e deficiency can actually be made WORSE when we consciously try to eat healthier (since a lot of us remove grains from the diet).

I recently gave another vitamin E book a good review, but this one is about 20 years newer so it has some updates from very large studies conducted in those decades.
