Why Animals Don't Get Heart Attacks... But People Do!
This book is pretty good!
His main hypothesis is that most animals produce their own vitamin c, but we don’t. He discusses how this impacts every aspect of heart disease.
He also blames a deficiency of many nutrients for chronic disease in general. Rath and his team have done some studies proving some of these claims, which are included in the book.
The book was easy to read, with lots of pictures and diagrams, and I think any average person would be able to understand this, without much background knowledge.
I recommend!
